Fit Family Swim training attracts more California parents and kids

Fit Family Swim training is attracting more kids and parents, going by today’s participation at California’s Mills College, Oakland.

For the second week in a row, kids received swimming training and instructions on how to keep fit and healthy through exercise and balanced diet.

The next training is on Saturday (November 9, 2013) at Mills College.

Parents must accompany their children during the training. Endurance—A Sports and Psychology Center organized the training, sponsored by the Healthy Hearts Program at Children's Hospital Oakland.

Endurance Director, Dr. Cory Nyamora as well as Dr. Carey Shaffer of Endurance Center, and Mills College swimming coaches supervised the event.
