Fit Family Swim training for children is to continue for the next four weeks. The Director of Endurance—a Sports and Psychology Center, Dr. Cory Nyamora, extended the training, at California’s Mills College, in response to requests from parents and children.

The first four weeks of training ended today with delighted kids receiving their certificates and gifts from the training team.

Dr. Nyamora, a certified US coach in Track & Field and Triathlon, attended the training session and the presentation ceremony.

Health Hearts Program at Children’s Hospital Oakland is sponsoring the training with coaches from Mills College. The families attending the training also receive instructions on how to keep healthy and fit through proper nutrition and exercises.

The next training session will be on Saturday (November 23, 2013) from 10 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
