Grounding in troubled times – a workshop for individuals and organizations working in the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Movement. (1.5 hours)
This workshop will help individual and organizational providers establish concrete grounding practices during this complex time. Many mental health workers, legal workers and medical providers are going through a tough time as they support clients through trauma, loss and despair, while experiencing many of the same feelings. Providers are feeling increased trauma, grief, overwhelm, burnout, depression, anxiety and hopelessness. This workshop addresses the unique challenges that medical, mental health, legal workers and social service providers and organizations are going through right now with a focus on providing simple practical tools to center well-being, while improving mental and physical health, and work- life balance.

He provides endurance coaching for beginner and experienced athletes, as well as psychological services to children, adults, and families.
