The Connection Between Movement and Mental Wellness – Friday 4/9/2021

We are often told that movement is "good for us" but it can be hard to get a sense of the tangible ways that movement can help individuals achieve and maintain mental wellness and/or cope with stressors. Join Dr. Nyamora and other panelists as they discuss multiple perspectives on this topic. Learn more about all panelists. Read a short article on the relationship between movement and mood.
