Here are a few ideas and resources that may be helpful during this election period (and post-election):
Practice grounding, breathing, meditation. If this is too challenging to do on your own you can try using Calm or join an online meditation group.
Stay focused on developing and building a positive sense of self, healthy relationships, a nurturing family life and prosperous peaceful equitable communities. Please focus on the areas of power you have to create a better world for yourself and others. There are many ways we all contribute, so figure out what your path is and build on that.
