A well attended bike ride for Fit Family kids resumes at Point Pinole Regional Park

Fit Family kids returned to the beautiful Point Pinole Regional Park, in California, enthusiastic to resume biking. The kids’ last ride in the park was in September last year. As usual, their parents, who also enjoyed the four-hour bike ride, accompanied the children. The kids could not hide their delight as they started arriving at the park at about 10 in the morning and were met by the Director of Endurance – A Sports and Psychology Center, Dr. Cory Nyamora, a USA certified triathlon as well as track and field coach.

He is the organizer of the bike ride and other events, including running and swimming, intended to keep families fit and healthy. The bike ride is sponsored by Trips for Kids and the Healthy Hearts Program at Children's Hospital Oakland.
